Use of the 77ji Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an account, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old. 77ji reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 will be immediately closed, and any balances — including winnings — may be forfeited in accordance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations.
To register on 77ji, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your legal full name, date of birth, and a valid Philippine mobile number. You warrant that all information provided at registration is truthful and that you will update it promptly if any details change.
Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) 77ji account only. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is a material breach of these Terms. 77ji will close all duplicate accounts upon discovery and may forfeit any balances, bonuses, or winnings associated with accounts opened in violation of this policy.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 77ji login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. 77ji will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. You must notify 77ji support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
77ji accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, InstaPay, and PESONet. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). 77ji does not accept payment from third parties — deposits must originate from accounts registered in the Player's own name.
The minimum deposit amount at 77ji is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts may vary by payment method and will be displayed within the cashier section of your account at the time of the transaction request. 77ji reserves the right to update minimum transaction limits with reasonable prior notice.
Withdrawal requests submitted before the daily cutoff time (4:00 PM Philippine Standard Time) on business days will generally be processed within the same business day, subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification and absence of any pending compliance review. 77ji does not guarantee specific processing times and accepts no liability for delays caused by payment processors, banking institutions, or circumstances beyond 77ji's reasonable control.
All Players must complete KYC identity verification before their first withdrawal is processed. Accepted identity documents include PhilSys National ID, UMID, Driver's License, Philippine Passport, and SSS/GSIS ID cards. 77ji may request additional supporting documents at its discretion. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable period may result in the suspension of withdrawal access.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available on the 77ji Platform are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game restrictions, validity periods, and maximum withdrawal limits. These specific terms will be communicated at the time each offer is presented. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the terms of each individual promotion before accepting it.
Bonus Funds credited to a Player's Account must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any associated winnings or the Bonus Funds themselves may be withdrawn. Until wagering requirements are satisfied, only Real Money Funds in excess of the bonus amount may be available for withdrawal, subject to the specific terms of the active bonus.
77ji employs monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, systematic low-risk wagering patterns designed solely to meet wagering requirements, and other activities that exploit promotional offers contrary to their intended purpose. Detection of bonus abuse will result in cancellation of all associated bonuses and may result in account suspension.
77ji reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently discontinue any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Modification of active promotions will not affect bonuses already credited to a Player's Account and accepted under the original terms.
All games available on the 77ji Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to determine game outcomes. RNG systems are independently tested and audited to ensure fairness and compliance with applicable standards. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game are available within the respective game's information panel.
77ji does not manipulate game outcomes. The mathematical house edge present in all casino games is disclosed within game information and constitutes the entirety of 77ji's advantage over the Player. In the event of a technical malfunction during any game, 77ji reserves the right to void the affected round and return all wagers placed. Winnings generated from a confirmed technical error will not be credited.
Players are prohibited from using any automated betting software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence systems, or other tools designed to give an unfair advantage on the 77ji Platform. Detection of such activity will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
77ji is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. Players who have voluntarily self-excluded from the 77ji Platform may not attempt to re-register during the self-exclusion period. Any attempt to circumvent a self-exclusion by creating a new account is a breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 77ji Platform:
77ji reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, including where 77ji suspects or confirms a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, underage gambling, or any other activity that compromises the integrity of the Platform or the safety of other players.
Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 77ji customer support via live chat. Upon account closure, any Real Money Funds remaining in the Player's Wallet will be processed for withdrawal to the Player's verified payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements and the absence of any pending compliance review.
To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, 77ji shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to a Player's use of the 77ji Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or service interruptions caused by technical failures, third-party systems, or force majeure events.
77ji's total liability to any Player in connection with any single claim shall not exceed the amount of Real Money Funds deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) calendar months preceding the date on which the claim arose.
77ji reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the contact information held on their account or through a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the 77ji Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Players who do not accept the revised Terms must discontinue use of the Platform and request account closure.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts.
